Ardbeg Single Malt Tasting - Austin, March 18

Events

If you're going to this, you'll need to buy tickets now. There will be only 35 seats sold at $35. There will be rare & very expensive Ardbeg present. This is happening up north at our Marina location, and these are usually south (to say north fans are chomping is an understatement). Also - Ardbeg is awesome & Davinia is good... really, really, 'really good'.

Sometimes when businesses say 'this is going to sell out' - they're really saying we want you to buy tickets early so we can plan and strategize and set goals and have meetings and objectives and there's probably a mission statement involved. For us, we're just saying it now because it really makes us sad to see Whisky connoisseurs looking in from the outside.

Ardbeg "Global Brand Evangelist" Davinia Small is going to lead this tutored tasting. Davinia is everything your dad or granddad would not want a Brand Ambassador to be. She’s young (booo), pretty (booo), female (big booo) and, above all, English. And amazing at her job!"
-from edinburghwhiskyblog.com

See her in action here. No really, you should see this YouTube video.

She was also a featured speaker at Malt Advocate's WhiskyFest New York 2009 Seminar.

The girl really knows her Ardbeg and we're very grateful she's so generous.
